Heather Brown is a fourth-generation Oklahoman who grew up in Purcell.
She is an Oklahoma State University graduate. Heather earned degrees in political science and agricultural communications. While at OSU she was involved in several clubs and co-edited the “Cowboy Journal.”
Heather also served in the Washington DC office of U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe.
